My name is Shakeya Bell, and I am the new Administrative Assistant for Sacramento Building Healthy Communities. I’ve been living in Sacramento for about 20 years, and have been working in this field for about 8 years.. One thing I love about working in this field is, interacting and engaging the community. I firmly believe that anything is possible, no matter where you come from. 

I plan on bringing nothing but enthusiasm, and fresh ideas on how we can empower the area that we serve. My hobbies consist of playing with my niece Jordyn, meeting new people, and trying new foods.
