Oil Train News
This month is a critical one as both the Benicia and San Luis Obispo City Councils are preparing to make important oil train decisions. Maybe.

On Sept 20, the Benicia City Council will discuss whether to delay their decision on oil trains at Valero’s request (see possible outcomes for the meeting). Please attend if you can; carpools are forming for Sacramento and Davis.

In San Luis Obispo, the SLO County Planning Commission will consider Phillip 66’s request for a 6-month delay. Urge them to vote NO now.
