	Primary Road Closure: 11th St from L St to Kayak Alley (Start/Finish)
2:00 PM	Secondary Road Closure: 10th St from Lincoln Hwy to L St
8:00 PM	Expanded Road Closure of 10th St. from L St to Kayak Alley
11:00 PM	Expanded Road Closure of L St. from 13th St to 15th St (Start/Finish)
Sunday, May 22
